-What is a service?
-Characteristics of service
-7P's of service
-What is an ad agency?
- Role of an ad agency
-Structure of an ad agency
I will be getting all of Mr.Lakhdawala's PPTs on Saturday and i will keep putting up those which are relevant to what he will be teaching in class, prior to the lecture.
